For the wellbeing plans, I travel to your holiday residence or home with all the necessary materials to accompany you on your personal retreat. The individual sessions will be done from my office in Nerja

We will agree upon a timetable and schedule, morning or afternoon, to suit your needs, and for the duration you have chosen.

Learn about the benefits of some techniques
Postural Stretching
- Postural stretching is a static body technique.
- t is a real construction game, very methodical, where progressive stretching and deep muscle contractions lend to holistic bodywork.
- Postural stretching works both the body and the mind and helps us to get to know ourselves better.
Massage
- My massages are a balm for body and soul. In them I mix different techniques of touch, very soft in some moments and firm in others, depending on how you feel.
- Sometimes I incorporate visualisations, which help to reach a higher level of relaxation, sensation and awareness.
- In the process of the massage, I open myself to perceive the energy and try, humbly, to rebalance it.
- At the end of the session, I can share what I have perceived and I can suggest some practice to help you feel better.
Meditation
- There are many streams of meditation. I have been experimenting with some of them over the years.
- At present, my view of meditation could be summed up as 'giving myself a break'.
- It is to feel the moment.
- Meditating should not be about ‘doing’, but about ‘being’.
- To stop to look at oneself, to feel and respect oneself without demands, without expectation, from the acceptance of what we find.
- To meditate, for me, is to say ‘Yes’ to myself.
Therapeutic embrace
- The embrace is a subtle blend of benevolence and tenderness. It is listening with the whole body.
- Through the embrace I become present to the mystery of the other.
- I accompany you in your present state and help you let go.
- It is a form of meditation for two. Two souls linked to the rhythm of the breath. To welcome another in an embrace is to let oneself flow to what the other brings.
- I place myself at your disposal, I accept you in your entirety at this very moment, without demand or judgement.
- I have specially designed a chair to be able to embrace you comfortably for a long time.
Bach Flowers
- Floral essences are prepared, made from the flowers of wild trees and plants, when they are at their best flowering point.
- They are used as a holistic treatment to address mental, emotional and even spiritual aspects of well-being.
- Flower essences help to flow with the different emotions that may arise in the sessions, and to stabilise the mood.
Active Listening
- Active listening, or listening to understand, is empathetic, non-judgmental listening, which has its origins in the work of psychologist Carl Rogers.
- You will feel listened to, supported and understood, which will help you become aware of your emotions, thoughts and behaviour patterns.
